THE PURR-FECT VALENTINE PICTURE
I loved this idea of putting our pets in the window sill because that's where they spend alot of time. These are my two shelter cats, Blue and Maggie May. The other is Miss Gertrude, Stephanie Anderson's little pug. Isn't she the cutest? I thought I spoiled my dog, Duffy! Here it is....I hope you like it!
You'll need:
*a picture frame to fit an 8x10 picture
*cloud paper (you'll find it in the scrapbook section)
*hot glue gun
*3-D dots
*scissors
*1/4 yard of fabric
*stitch witchery or hem tape
*2 buttons
*craft wire
*poster board
*clear picture laminate paper
Remove glass from your frame and cut your cloud paper to fit. Then cut two strips of poster board for the window
panes 8" and 10", about 3/4" wide. Cross the panes and glue. Set aside. Cut the width of your fabric in half so you have two equal sized curtains. Iron your stitch witchery or hem tape around the bottom three edges of your curtains. With your glue gun, glue your gathered fabric to the top back of the frame. It should be glued inside the back where ususally your picture would fit. Make sure the gathers are tightened down, so you can add your window panes and cloud paper. Then place your panes and paper so they are in back of the curtains. Seal up your frame as you would a picture. With your craft wire, loop your buttons, gather your curtains to the ends of the window so your buttons are showing in front. Then twist the wire to the back
